Chef Konstantinos Chatziioannidis is the person behind our philosophy. With experience in international cuisines and a deep love for Japanese tradition, he emphasizes precision, balance, and simplicity. Every dish he prepares is rooted in the idea that “less is more,” and his goal is for each roll to speak for itself.
For those who wish to leave their choices in the chef’s hands, we also offer omakase – a tasting experience where the chef creates exclusively for you, based on the freshest ingredients of the day and his creative inspiration.
